Hi, I’m Thato Dutch.
I was an advertising copywriter for ten years before I started designing how AI assistants talk.
In advertising I wrote for brands where several people signed off every line, so I learned to make every word count. Then I trained in conversation design and spent five years designing voice and chat assistants.
I started ConversAIt in 2025 building assistants for small businesses. The hard part was never the build. It was getting them to hold a decent conversation, so that’s what I work on now.
